As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and building relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and expand our client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Insurance Product Education: Educate clients on various insurance products and services to help them make informed decisions about their financial security.
- Risk Management: Help clients identify and mitigate potential risks to their financial well-being.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clients feel valued and supported throughout their insurance journey.
Requirements:
- Positive Attitude: A strong desire to succeed and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Property & Casualty License: Must have or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
- Life Insurance License: Must have or be able to obtain a Life insurance license.
What We Offer:
- Total Compensation Range: $45-$50K base salary, uncapped commissions, and annual bonus.
- Benefits: Health and dental/life insurance benefits after 3 months.
