Job Title:
Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, EGGSOASIS RESTAURANT-BREAKFAST AND LUNCH. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Staff Supervision: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
