Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Distribution Broker Analyst to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in assisting with the Broker management process, developing and analyzing Broker reports and systems, and participating in various projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the Broker management process, ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and analyze Broker reports and systems to inform management of discrepancies and potential problems.
  • Participate in various projects as assigned, utilizing analytical abilities to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced Analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with management to develop, execute, and monitor financial models and corporate standards, policies, guidelines, and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in P&C Insurance is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of insurance trends and industry developments.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in operational procedures, workflow, and processing functions.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to analyze complex data.
