Senior Commercial Insurance Placement Broker

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Insurance Placement Broker to join our team in Toronto, ON.
As a key member of our Commercial Insurance team, you'll play a crucial role in representing and marketing Westland's solutions to insurance companies and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Commercial insurance sales proposals through innovative marketing approaches and solutions
- Develop marketing submissions, proposals, presentations, and summaries of our commercial insurance programs
- Build strong working relationships with Carriers/Underwriters
- Attend industry events and build networking
- Cooperate with brokers in the USA and London to place international and cross-border accounts
- Inspire, coach and mentor other Commercial team members through the submission process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Insurance experience (sales, account manager or marketer role)
- RIBO License
- Strong working knowledge of London Markets and in-house authorities
