PRT is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to lead our nursery teams in delivering exceptional results for our people, customers, and profitability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe well-being and development of our people, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accountable leadership and proactive management of PRT nurseries to ensure strategy execution and operational plans are successfully aligned.
- Ensure crops meet customer specifications and reliability, with performance accountability for our Armstrong, Juniper Beach, Coldstream, Summerland, and Skimikin BC teams.
- Work seamlessly with our Customer Experience teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Analyze and think strategically, problem solve, and conduct root cause analysis to drive business improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to create maximum company value and return on investment, founded upon personal core values rooted in stewardship and safeguarding of our people, customers, assets, and capital.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills with demonstrated career success in delivering upon accountabilities.
- Ability to analyze and work with financial data to generate decision-making quality of information, including developing budgets and financial analysis.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
