Motel Operations Manager

Rosedale Motel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, supervising staff, negotiating with suppliers, preparing budgets, and monitoring revenues and expenses. They will also be responsible for preparing marketing plans and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.
The Motel Operations Manager will work closely with the management team to establish work schedules and ensure that all aspects of the motel's operations are running smoothly.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will also have experience working in a hotel, motel, or resort setting and be fluent in English.
