About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at Rosedale Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the motel, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure that the motel operates within budget.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media marketing and local advertising.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
