We offer a one-stop shop with access to mentorship, coaching, networking, and community events, as well as sales and marketing tools.

Our Proprietary Technology

We have developed a customized end-to-end mortgage brokerage platform (INFIN8) that is disrupting the financial technology industry. We have partnered with 60+ lenders to help Canadian families finance their dream homes.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated self-starters who will thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. As a Mortgage Agent/Broker, you will manage multiple deals, nurture and develop relationships, deliver exceptional response times, and increase efficiency within the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met
  • Work with clients to establish and foster relationships and assist them in making informed decisions
  • Oversee the entire mortgage process for each client, from initial contact to completion
  • Ensure proper follow-up is given to each client throughout the mortgage process
  • Act as an intermediary between a lender and a borrower who needs a mortgage loan
  • Stay informed on trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as changing rules and regulations, pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be:

  • Driven, motivated, self-starter, problem-solver, organized, great communicator
  • Experienced, with 1 to 3 years of sales experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Mortgage Agent License
