We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our manufacturing processes as a Production Manager at Bianka Cabinetry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate production activities to meet production goals and objectives
  • Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
  • Oversee the fabrication and assembly processes to ensure high-quality products
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Utilize MRP and SAP systems for production planning and inventory control to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Lead quality control efforts to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Approval of Custom Millwork & Cabinetry Specialist with a proven track record in millwork, cabinetry, and custom woodworking in kitchen environments
  • Mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing environment, including fabrication, assembly, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in SAP, MRP systems, and Lean manufacturing principles to drive process improvements
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence
  • Ability to fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot production processes to ensure high-quality products
  • Knowledge of supply chain management practices to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • 10 years of experience in millwork, with a focus on kitchen cabinetry and custom woodworking
