About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing complete and customized technical training to our clients.

This training aims to ensure the optimal use of PolyWorks in designing and manufacturing processes.

You will also perform advanced demonstrations of our various software, tailored to the specific needs of our potential clients.

Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to our user community, suggesting different options and solutions to their metrological challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical training to clients on the use of PolyWorks in designing and manufacturing processes.
  • Perform advanced demonstrations of our software to potential clients.
  • Provide technical assistance to our user community.
  • Participate in events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions.
  • Contribute to various integration and personalization projects associated with the deployment of our solution on clients' premises.
  • Be involved in internal initiatives related to the ongoing improvement of our services and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (bilingualism is required).
  • Able to travel to the Americas.
  • Sociable and determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and design and manufacturing processes, an asset.
