Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years in a similar role is preferred.
The position will involve working in various locations, adapting to different kitchen settings and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Guide and mentor cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
- Design and plan menus while ensuring that all food meets established quality standards.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for kitchen staff.
- Provide training for staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Supervise kitchen personnel and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage overall kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
