Address Customer ConcernsAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
Work SettingRestaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
Supervision5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesFast-paced environment, work under pressure, walking, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
