Position Overview

The Retail Beverage Operations Supervisor at Heights Liquor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high standard of service in our liquor retail environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within retail
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales staff effectively
  • Manage inventory procurement and stock levels

  • Create and maintain employee work schedules
  • Engage in direct sales and customer service
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing
