Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Technical Developer to join our team at ESR Healthcare. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and adoption of our Information Software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual business strategy to achieve accelerated growth and drive adoption of ARR in the Information Software space
  • Lead the Disciplined Outcome Based Sales Process within our territory, ensuring successful solution deployment in various industry verticals
  • Plan and deliver accelerated business growth, including targets, competency, and investment
  • Recognize customer challenges and creatively help customers solve their application needs
  • Manage complexity and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Strong adoption of CRM platforms to enable understanding of business performance and build an Opportunity funnel for the Information Software business
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent combination of skills, experience, or education
  • 2+ years of relevant experience/knowledge applying Rockwell Automation products or equivalent competitive software solutions
  • Strong understanding of Digital Transformation and business drivers applicable to software sales
  • Ability to define and grow new markets for emerging product technologies
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to the US for occasional training/events
