Position Overview: The Manager of Terminal Operations at Graymont Limited plays a crucial role in overseeing the terminal network across North America, which includes both Graymont-owned and third-party facilities. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to establish logistics frameworks that align with the company's strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations at terminal locations
  • Assess and enhance the effectiveness of terminal network sites
  • Oversee budget management for terminal expenses and capital initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory control
  • Formulate and execute standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Guide and mentor staff for professional growth
  • Negotiate and oversee agreements with third-party vendors
  • Introduce automation technologies to improve operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in operations or logistics management
