Job Summary

LTM COURRIER INC is seeking a skilled Transportation Terminal Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation terminal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Supervision

Train or arrange for training for employees and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.

Operations Management

Supervise workers and projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.

Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate tracking of terminal operations.

Health and Safety

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Dispatch and Route Management

Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure efficient transportation of goods and passengers.

Coordination and Scheduling

Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth terminal operations.

Process Improvement

Recommend measures to improve work methods and increase productivity.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

Security and Safety

A criminal record check is required for this position.

Transportation and Travel

A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for this position.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is required.
