Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Market Lane Early Learning Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field
  • Experience an asset
