Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leading a team of sales professionals and implementing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service by training and motivating sales professionals to deliver a positive and rewarding customer experience.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals and store associates.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Experience: 5+ years of retail sales management experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end luxury accessories boutique.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales professionals, and corporate leaders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
