About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at 11585525 Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are delivered on time.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure that it is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
