Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Sohang Transportation Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs, monitoring personnel workloads and locations, and advising vehicle operators of traffic and other problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operator workloads and locations
  • Monitor and analyze data to optimize dispatch operations
  • Communicate effectively with vehicle operators and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with maintenance of communications equipment and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and respond to emergency situations as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
