Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Whitetooth Grill Server to join our team at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. As a Whitetooth Grill Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring prompt and accurate service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and enter guest food and beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform all cash handling duties, including opening, balancing, and closing procedures.
  • Clean and stock the dining area to provide a pleasant environment for our guests.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding guests' expectations on a daily basis.
  • Provide information or assistance to guests regarding special events, conditions, locations, and products.
  • Contribute to the setup, execution, and take-down of functions and special events.
  • Perform related duties as requested by Team Leads and Managers.
  • Participate in seasonal opening and closure procedures.
  • Ensure other team members are supported in their roles as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Serving It Right or other responsible service of liquor certificate.
  • Have previous experience in a customer service and cash handling role.
  • Be proficient with Point-of-Sale software.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Be comfortable operating a snowmobile while pulling a loaded trailer.
  • Have previous food service or preparation experience – an asset.
  • Hold a current Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 3 – an asset.
