COMPENSATION:
$16.61 per hour

WORK SCHEDULE:
40-hour work week with rotating shifts. Example schedule:

W1: MON-WED 6:30AM – 6:30PM
W2: MON-WED 6:30PM – 6:30AM
W3: THU-SAT 6:30AM – 6:30PM
W4: THU-SAT 6:30PM – 6:30AM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently operate a forklift and layer pick forklift to accurately pick orders while adhering to safety protocols. This includes daily maintenance and battery changes for the forklift.
  • Engage in physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Receive and organize incoming products from the brewery into the warehouse, stacking items in rows up to three high.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be of legal drinking age.
  • Capable of performing physical labor, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, twisting, pulling, and bending.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in enclosed spaces.
  • Must be able to climb ladders or stairs.
  • Willingness to work on slippery surfaces.
  • Ability to lift objects above shoulder height.
  • Experience operating motorized equipment.
  • Exposure to noise and vibration is expected.
  • Participation in the hearing conservation program is required.
  • Must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights.
