We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function in our business unit, providing strategic guidance and support to management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Provide guidance on employment law and regulations
- Lead employee relations and conflict resolution
- Manage employee communications and engagement

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, certification preferred
