Position Overview

As a Warehouse Stock Coordinator at Onway Logistics & Warehousing Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of goods. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of stock management and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping Coordination: Determine the most effective method for shipping products to ensure timely delivery.
  • Distribution Scheduling: Organize and schedule the distribution of goods to meet operational demands.
  • Transportation Management: Arrange for transportation conveyances to facilitate the movement of inventory.
  • Inventory Oversight: Record any shortages and manage the rejection of damaged goods to maintain quality standards.
  • Packaging: Pack goods securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
  • Loading and Unloading Supervision: Oversee the loading and unloading processes to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise material handlers and helpers to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Financial Transactions: Manage payments for goods received and ensure accurate financial records.
Qualifications

Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Experience: On-the-job training will be provided. This position is permanent and offers a stable work environment.
