Job Title: Warehouse Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Stock Associate to join our team at KU-AN Services Incorporated. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth workflow in our fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock inventory records
  • Process incoming and outgoing stock, including receiving, storing, and shipping
  • Order stock and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Record and track inventory movements, including stock transfers and adjustments
  • Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment, including shelving and display areas
  • Price items accurately using price lists and stamps or stickers
  • Fulfill mail and electronic orders from warehouse stock in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and bend, crouch, or kneel as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and reliability in a team environment
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with air conditioning
  • May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces
  • May be exposed to dust, noise, and other environmental hazards
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required
