  • Oversee the work of other technical support staff within the team.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet-related issues.
  • Set up and configure equipment for user access, ensuring proper installation of necessary components.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to all users.
