**Job Summary**
Brandt is seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our Customer Support Center team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to inquiries from clients, candidates, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization
- Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Receive and distribute all forms of paper correspondence
- Assist in the compilation of data for various reports and presentations
- Coordinate logistical aspects of departmental programs, including meetings, seminars, workshops, and events
- Arrange and book meetings and presentations in boardrooms and other locations
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, and other interactions
- Provide information to staff and/or clients about special activities and events
- Administer and manage inbound and outbound mail, including priority post, packages, and courier services
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner
- Ensure the necessary office supplies are stocked and obtained at the best possible price
- Coordinate employee coveralls with the vendor of choice
**Requirements**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of general office procedures, including procurement, travel arrangements, and budget management
- Ability to write simple correspondence, including memos and letters
- General mathematical skills and ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to maintain filing systems and basic databases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous records maintenance skills
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working on a multi-line switchboard
- High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity
- Bilingual French and English is considered an asset
