Job Summary: Brandt is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Regina or Moncton. As a key member of our Customer Support Center, you will provide exceptional support to clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from clients, candidates, and other parties via phone, email, and in-person
  • Refer inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Manage mail, packages, and courier services
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and events
  • Present a positive image of the organization to visitors and clients
  • Provide information to staff and clients about special activities
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure necessary office supplies are stocked

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain filing systems and databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior telephone manners and interpersonal skills
