POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for enthusiastic Parts Apprentice Technicians to become part of our expanding workforce. This position involves managing orders, overseeing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process incoming orders and manage shipping of parts
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, providing pricing and sales details
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to all clients
  • Memorize product identifiers and storage locations
  • Accurately pull and fulfill orders
  • Inform supervisor regarding any items that are out of stock
  • Utilize material handling equipment effectively
  • Manage core returns and warranty claims
  • Engage in training sessions and team meetings
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Perform additional tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience operating forklifts is advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to adapt schedule to meet departmental requirements
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs. and remain standing for extended periods
  • Exceptional customer service and sales abilities
  • Highly organized and self-driven
