Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure the safety and well-being of your patients. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, promoting health and wellness in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing services to patients, families, and communities
  • Utilize nursing processes to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Teach, counsel, and advocate on behalf of patients and their families
  • Support an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion, and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing education program
  • Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
  • Additional qualifications may be required, including IV, defibrillation, and BGM certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ACLS, TNCC, and rural experience
