Key Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble aircraft structural components, including metal and composite parts, according to technical specifications.
  • Use technical data and instructions provided by the client or aircraft manufacturer to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Read and interpret plans and manufacturing files to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Adapt to various types of assembly, including large and small components, and adjust manual or automated machines and tools accordingly.
  • Ensure the correct use of fasteners, drill holes, and other products for assembling and installing components.
  • Inspect and check installed units, parts, and equipment to ensure fit, performance, and compliance with standards.
  • Comply with quality standards, production rates, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the aeronautics field.
  • Vocational diploma in aeronautical structure assembly or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of reading drawings and technical documentation.
  • Dexterous and able to work with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Bilingualism (French-English) is an asset for communication in a multilingual environment.
