Position Overview:
As an Inventory Control Specialist at Lids Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our product inventory. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the hiring and training processes for new team members, ensuring they are well-acquainted with Lids' standards and practices.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment that encourages customer interaction and satisfaction, while addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Operational Management: Develop and manage store schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective use of resources.
  • Product Strategy: Drive the store's product management strategy, including receiving, processing, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize loss.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely processing of transfers and damages.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the store through effective product presentation and layout strategies.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with strong supervisory skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to operate relevant software programs. A willingness to travel for training and meetings is also essential.
