We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Supergraphics Design Company Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal losses.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective inventory management.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory, and plan and execute inventory replenishment strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
