About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Khokhar Truck Repair. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate records, statistics, and other information to support our business operations.
  • Technology and Systems: Maintain and update our computerized information systems, and ensure that all software and hardware are up-to-date and functioning properly.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment and Conditions
  • Work Conditions: 35 hours per week, permanent position
  • Work Language: English
