Pro Vita Care Management is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a nursing home setting. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, conducting specimen collection, and monitoring nutritional intake. You will also be responsible for ensuring infection control, observing and recording medication's therapeutic and side effects, and taking vital signs. Additionally, you will provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care, monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy, and provide safety and health education to individuals and their families. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work and have completed the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination.
