In this vital role at FYidoctors, you will provide outstanding service to our patients. As a Patient Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing the retail and repair of eyewear products and facilitating follow-up care. Join us in promoting eye health and enhancing our patients' lives in a vibrant and fulfilling environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcoming patients as they arrive at our clinic
  • Assisting patients with check-in and check-out processes
  • Communicating with patients in person, via phone, and through email
  • Handling billing for patients, their medical service providers, and other third parties
  • Conducting pre-testing services
  • Managing appointment scheduling, prescription printing, and billing
  • Upholding high standards of customer service through your interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Ideally, you possess customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail setting
  • Confidence in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in technology and computers, particularly with MS Office Suite
  • A professional demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people
