Job Title: Cleaning Operations ManagerCompany: Edmonton Truck Wash and Tire Service Ltd.Job Summary:

As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Cleaning Team: Direct and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure our facilities meet our high standards.
  • Develop Cleaning Schedules: Create and implement efficient cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Inspect Facilities: Regularly inspect our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage Cleaning Supplies: Oversee the procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to maintain our facilities.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
