Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure that work activities are coordinated and efficient.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Office building and industrial plant
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads
