Job Title: Field Supervisor

Voltech Fire Protection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our field service technicians, ensuring that they are equipped to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of field service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure that company goals and objectives are met.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to technicians to help them improve their performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection and safety, with a strong background in field supervision.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
