Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Field Operations: Oversee the daily activities of field service technicians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards and is completed in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks such as estimating, procurement, and recruitment.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in fire protection and suppression systems, with a proven track record of supervisory experience.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a certification in fire protection or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and apply local fire codes and regulations.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in fire protection or safety, such as ASTT BC or NFPA.
