Job Title: Security Lead Dispatcher

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Lead Dispatcher to join our team. As a Security Lead Dispatcher, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of security guards, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and operate all systems in the Security Operations Centre, including communication systems, CCTV, access control, and fire panels.
  • Assist the Supervisors in ensuring that all security guards adhere to procedures and protocols.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in security processes and implement necessary changes.
  • Lead the response to incidents, emergencies, and other security-related situations.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Standard First Aid and CPR certification (WSIB-approved)
  • 2 COVID-19 Vaccinations proof
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written)
