- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for operational needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Possess knowledge of various culinary styles and genres.
- Oversee the delivery of food items to ensure timely service.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
