As an Area Vice President at BMO, you play a pivotal role in driving the home financing business outcomes across your designated territory. Collaborating closely with both local and national senior leadership teams, you will enhance sales and service strategies. Your leadership is essential in cultivating a robust team as BMO seeks to expand its presence in the area. You will guide a team of Mortgage Specialists to increase market share and develop sustainable teams, contributing to ambitious objectives.

  • Verifies mortgage approvals for adherence to regulations
  • Provides support and expertise on mortgage and insurance offerings
  • Ensures compliance with policies and ethical standards
  • Acts in accordance with regulatory and compliance mandates

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related discipline
  • Expertise in real estate, mortgage lending, investment, and insurance
  • Awareness of the competitive landscape and trends in mortgage sales
  • Strong project management and time management capabilities

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $98,000 - $182,900.00

Pay Type:

Salaried
