Dry Cleaning Assistant

We are a reputable dry cleaning and laundry establishment seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laundry Worker.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Equipment: Safely operate dry-cleaning and washing machines, dryers, and blow-drying machines to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
- Chemical Handling: Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals as required to achieve optimal cleaning results.
- Finishing Operations: Utilize finishing equipment such as steam pressers and hand irons to finish pants, jackets, shirts, skirts, and other dry cleaned and laundered articles to a high standard.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure that they meet our establishment's high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Administrative Tasks: Match invoices or tags with dry-cleaned or laundered articles and maintain accurate records of our operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn our operations.
- Work Setting: Our dry cleaning and laundry establishment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
