Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at PH Midland Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
