At PH Midland Inc., we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements. Additionally, the Bookkeeping Specialist will post journal entries, prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, and reconcile accounts. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping. The work environment is fast-paced, and the successful candidate will be required to work 30 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. The successful candidate will be an accurate and team-oriented individual who is able to work in a dynamic environment.
