About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new employees and develop a comprehensive training program to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Identify and resolve operational issues, provide technical guidance and support to employees, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Work Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and assign work tasks, monitor progress, and review work completed to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
