Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

China-Mart Wholesale Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wholesale establishment, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and driving growth through effective management of our resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Marketing and Sales: Implement price and credits policies, develop and implement marketing strategies, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, adaptability, analytical skills, goal-oriented, client focus, and team player.
