Wholesale Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at China-Mart Wholesale Ltd.
Job Summary:The Wholesale Establishment Manager will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, studying market research and trends, implementing price and credits policies, developing and implementing marketing strategies, planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses, and conducting performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the wholesale establishment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular evaluations of daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to improve daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of staff, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement price and credits policies to ensure that the wholesale establishment is competitive and profitable.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the wholesale establishment and increase sales.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and implement budgets to ensure that the wholesale establishment is financially stable, and monitor revenues and expenses to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate the performance of staff and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to Work Independently: The Wholesale Establishment Manager must be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: The Wholesale Establishment Manager must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Analytical: The Wholesale Establishment Manager must be able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
