Job Responsibilities
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable insights for the team.
  • Provide expertise in Maximo concerning configuration, customization, and reporting.
  • Assist with Maximo updates and deployments.
  • Manage the backlog, ensuring priorities and information align with strategic goals.
  • Communicate team commitments effectively.
  • Conduct regular meetings with business representatives to align on new demands and gather feedback.
  • Organize team activities collaboratively.
  • Document comprehensive end-to-end processes for business and help desk functions.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify business requirements.
  • Break down business requirements into user stories to prepare work for the team.
  • Facilitate regular team ceremonies, including daily huddles, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demonstrations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A university degree in a relevant IT field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional analyst role, with knowledge of ERP information systems.
  • One or more Maximo Certifications (Administrator, Deployment, Asset Management).
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (SQL).
  • Experience in the comprehensive implementation of information systems and process analysis.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • A valid driver's license and availability for local and international travel (20%).
